Après plus d’un mois de combats, le traité de Denver fut modifié au cours d’une réunion du conseil de Denver, afin de confier le gouvernement de Denver au dragon.
Il s’agit d’un dragon occidental de couleur ivoire avec des reflets bleutés, à l’apparence étrangement proche de celle de feu Dunkelzahn. Sa forme métahumaine est celle d’un humain de grande taille aux cheveux blancs.
De nombreuses questions planent sur ses relations avec Dunkelzahn, non seulement à cause de leur ressemblance physique mais aussi parce qu’il est apparu sur le lieu-même de l’assassinat de Big D, où une faille astrale s’était alors créée. Peut-être que Ghostwalker est le fils de Dunkelzahn, rapport aux allocutions publiques des Grands dragons à son encontre.
